At Mantra Souvenir, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products. Each Charan Paduka is crafted with care and precision to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
    • Product received is damaged during transit
    • Product is defective or not as described
    • Wrong item received in the order

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Items used, altered, or not in their original packaging
  • Products without valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

Return Process

1.     Customers must notify us at info@mantrasouvenir.com within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.

2.     Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images/video.

3.     Our team will review the request and share return instructions.

4.     Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability.
